Jimmy is a recent graduate of the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program at the University of Alberta. With over four years of diverse experience spanning public planning entities and private real estate operations, he brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. During his studies, Jimmy demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight by leading his team to victory in the 2024 NAIOP Real Estate Challenge and the 2024 Brookfield Properties Development Cup. His deep understanding of real estate operations, design, and finance, combined with his passion for creating sustainable and inclusive communities, sets him apart as a forward-thinking professional.
