Leading Housing secured $3.8 million in grant funding and oversaw the development of the St. Paul’s Legacy Project for the Right at Home Housing Society. This project delivered 11 homes for individuals and families who are experiencing low income, with two of the units being wheelchair accessible. In addition to the new housing, the existing church building will be converted into a flexible community space. The shared spaces in the former church will be used to bring together both residents in the new housing development as well as neighbours over a wide range of programmed activities. This project is a welcomed edition for the King Edward Park community.
