Results
Leading Housing led the development of the 2024 City of Airdrie Housing Needs Assessment using the Housing Assessment Resource Tool (HART) method developed by the University of British Columbia. In addition to quantitative analysis, the assessment included social service provider and employer interviews. The project was completed in collaboration with Urban Foundation and Toop Consulting, and was presented to City Council February 5, 2024.
